This is my third unit I bought from Power Sports of America. Just purchased a 2023 CFMOTO ZFORCE 950 SPORT and Cody S. was my sales person. He knew what I wanted and listened. Asked about accessories and he even went above and beyond what I asked for! Ive heard a bunch of horror stories that this dealership is hard to work with, but I just dont get it why they say that. Im assuming they have the assumption that theyre going to walk in and think theyre gonna pay X amount of dollars to get the better deal than whats offered but thats not the way this dealership works. They already have their units marked down so they know that they will sell. A big shout out to Cody S.

We recently purchased a 2019 Polaris Highlifter and our overall experience was awesome!! Just ask for Scott and tell him Absolutely! Scott was very patient as we were somewhat lost on what we really wanted and needed. Scott knew everything about all the different types of machines they offer and answered all of our questions very thoroughly. Everyone in every department at this facility was top notch and will be back soon for another toy!

My husband and I recently decided to purchase a UTV from our farm. With so many different companies on the market, we started doing research and comparisons online. Upon making our decision to purchase a Polaris, we made plans to visit Powersports of America in Paduch. Best idea ever!! We were able to test drive the ones we were interested in and in the end we were able to choose the accessories we wanted and they installed them while we did the paperwork. Everyone there was extremely courteous, and helpful. Above all, we'd like to say a huge thank you to ours sales guy and new buddy, Moe. With the patience of a Saint, he endured our many questions and went above and beyond to help us have an amazing overall experience. I came into the store to purchase a replacement boot for my Sportsman ATV. After speaking with the parts counter and the service manager, I decided to let the Powersports of America technicians replace the boot for me, Once the technician started the job, he noticed that the boot was ripped due to the fact that the front axle had actually broken a ripped the boot. The service manager was able to get the entire repair covered under warranty, and complete the job the same day while I waited. Everyone at the store spoke with me and was extremely helpful and polite during my visit. I was even able to return the boot that I had already paid for for a full refund. I will definitely return for all my future off road needs.

Just want to give power sports of America a big thanks for there customer service and hospitality I had been to several other dealers looking to buy a rzr most of the dealers acted like if you want it buy it and did not act like they had time for me I went to power sports of America and was greeted with some of the best sales person and general manager they where very nice and spent time to answer my questions also was the only dealership that offered to let me test drive that same day I would recommend this dealership to anyone after my experience there I purchased a 2017 rzr turbo with the purchase of the new rad roof with Rockford fosgate stereo and led light bar built in big thumbs up for you guys
